In order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of tobacco cessation activities in the United States, many national organizations and government agencies have recently collaborated to develop three blueprints for promoting tobacco cessation among adults, young people, and pregnant smokers. These documents provide guidance about how to take action through evidence-based objectives and strategies.
The Center for Tobacco Cessation (CTC), an organization dedicated to the promotion of effective cessation treatments and policies, coordinates the activities that result from the development of these blueprints. Please click on the following CTC link to view the blueprints.
