NCI Director's special priority funding of administrative supplements in cancer control and population sciences

Implementing Digital Health Interventions for Cancer Prevention Sandpit Workshop

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) Director has announced an investment in special priority areas through the use of Administrative Supplements in response to immediate public health needs and timely research opportunities.

The NCI Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS) is pleased to welcome Administrative Supplement applications to extend grant funding in two areas relevant to cancer prevention and control:

  1. Pediatric Cancer Control Research Across the Lifespan (NOT-CA-18-088); and
  2. Integrative Data Analysis in Cancer Control and Population Sciences (NOT-CA-18-087).

DCCPS intends to fund several supplements to parent awards this Fiscal Year to currently-funded NCI grantees. The proposed project and budget periods must be within the existing award. Requests for no-cost extensions on the parent grant to accommodate a supplement will not be permitted.

Please see the NIH Guide notices of NOT-CA-18-088 and NOT-CA-18-087 for details. Investigators are encouraged to contact the NCI Program Director on their parent grant for questions, or email ncidccpsbrpadvances@mail.nih.gov to be directed to the appropriate person.

Submissions must be received by August 17, 2018 at 5:00 PM local time of applicant organization.
