The Implementation Science Centers in Cancer Control (ISC3) Annual Grantee Meeting will be held in Boston from June 12 -13, 2023.

The ISC3 Annual Grantee Meeting will focus on accelerating the dissemination and scale-up of ISC3 methods, measures, and interventions. The meeting will feature presentations, interactive breakouts, and discussion sessions to encourage more engagement and discussion on Maximizing Collaboration—Maximizing Impact.

Registration

Date: Monday, June 12 from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET

Tuesday, June 13 from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. ET

Meeting Costs: This meeting’s estimated cost is $75 per person. ISC3 Centers will be invoiced for the total number of attendees (not including early-stage investigator presenters traveling through the NCI program) based on the actual per person cost following the event. Those with travel arranged through NCI (i.e., NCI staff and early-stage investigator presenters) will be invoiced individually.

All hotel rooms have a government rate of $281 + room tax of $16.45% ($327.22). The hotel room cutoff date is Wednesday, May 17, 2023, 11:59 PM PT for all properties. ISC3 cannot guarantee any rooms past this date. All rooms within the room block are first come, first serve, and subject to availability.

The meeting will include a continental breakfast, light lunch, and an afternoon snack.

Monday, June 12 evening activities:

Baseball

Boston Red Sox Vs Colorado Rockies Game on Jun 12 at 7:10 pm. The cost is $41 per ticket. If you indicated your interest and the number of tickets you need at registration, a specialized Red Sox ticketing link will be sent to you in the coming weeks to purchase your tickets. You must purchase within two weeks from the time you receive the specialized link.

Dinner

If you prefer a group dinner instead of a baseball game, we will send you more details on Boston’s North End restaurant and reservation information closer to the date.

Health and Safety

The following protocols have been established to ensure that staff and participants remain as COVID-safe as possible during an in-person meeting. Please continue to check back as information will be updated based on state and local COVID mandates. If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms such as, but not limited to fever or chills, cough, body aches, or loss of taste or smell, please do not enter/attend this meeting.

NCI and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health strongly encourage all participants to be fully vaccinated, which is defined as individuals who have received all required doses of an FDA- or WHO-authorized two-dose (i.e., Pfizer or Moderna) or one-dose vaccine (i.e., Johnson & Johnson).

We are following policies, which request that all attendees wear masks in indoor public spaces unless eating, drinking, or presenting. We require attendees to always have their registration badge visible during the meeting. (Subject to change).
