Webinar
Event Material
This webinar provided information on two companion Requests for Applications (RFAs), Advancing Cancer Control Equity Research through Transformative Solutions (ACCERT) initiative, RFA-CA-23-026 (U19 Clinical Trial Optional) and RFA-CA-23-027 (U24 Clinical Trial Optional). Up to four (4) Research Centers and one (1) Coordination Center will be funded as part of the ACCERT Consortium’s effort to address the adverse impact of social determinants of health (SDOH) on cancer control outcomes.
The overall goals of this opportunity are to develop interventions that target the multilevel pathways by which SDOH influence adverse cancer outcomes; develop measures and methods to assess community-level SDOH, community engagement and cancer control equity processes and outcomes; and build capacity among scholars from diverse backgrounds and community partners to implement interventions that incorporate the lived experiences of those who face cancer inequities.
This webinar provided an overview of RFA-CA-23-026 and RFA-CA-23-027 and the application process. Please note a notice of correction related to RFA-CA-23-027.
