The National Cancer Institute (NCI) often receives requests for examples of funded grant applications. Several investigators and their organizations agreed to let Implementation Science (IS) post part of their dissemination and implementation grant applications online. We are grateful to them for letting us provide this resource to the community.
For confidentiality, we redact some information from these documents, such as budgets, social security numbers, home addresses, and introductions to revised applications. We also only include a copy of the SF 424 R&R Face Page, Project Summary/Abstract (Description), Project Narrative, Specific Aims, and Research Strategy. We do not include other SF 424 (R&R) forms or basic information found in full grant applications, such as performance sites, key personnel, or biographical sketches.
