In this NCI Office of Cancer Survivorship Director’s Series webinar on February 28, 2023, Dr. Raymond Chan, director of the Caring Futures Institute at Flinders University in Australia, highlighted the need to innovate survivorship models of care. His presentation focused on survivorship models of care in Australia, as well as research on implementation, patient-centered care, cancer-related fatigue, telehealth, financial toxicity, cancer navigation, policy research, and novel methodologies.

The intended audience was researchers, advocates, policy makers, and healthcare professionals who focus on healthcare delivery and cancer survivorship in the United States and abroad.
