From Foundation to Future: Advancing the Next Chapter of the Consortium for Cancer Implementation Science (CCIS)

Event Type:
Webinar
Category:
IS at the NCI
Date:
October 8, 2025
Time:
3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. ET

Since its launch, the Consortium for Cancer Implementation Science (CCIS) has brought together diverse collaborators to address critical challenges and shape the future of implementation science at the intersection of cancer research. This webinar will reflect on the initiative’s history, highlight current priorities, and create space for envisioning its next phase of impact.

Leaders and contributors will share key milestones, lessons learned, and emerging opportunities to strengthen the CCIS’s reach and relevance. Participants will be invited to join an interactive discussion to explore innovative directions, identify gaps and needs, and co-create strategies for the future of CCIS.

Whether you have been engaged from the start or are newly interested in joining this effort, this session will provide insights, foster collaboration, and chart a shared path for advancing the “big tent” of CCIS for tomorrow.

For an earlier session (2021) on the development of the CCIS visit Past, Present, and Future of the Consortium for Cancer Implementation Science (CCIS).

Can’t make it live? The webinar will be recorded, but access will be limited to registered attendees only. It will not be posted online after the webinar.
