Event Type:
Meeting
Date:
March 20, 2020

The National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS) hosted the Population Health Assessment in Cancer Center Catchment Areas Meeting on March 20, 2020.

The goal of the meeting was to share lessons learned related to conceptualizing and conducting cancer center catchment area assessments and gathering local population health data from cancer centers selected to receive P30 administrative supplements as part of the Population Health Assessment in Cancer Center Catchment Areas initiative. The meeting included presentations from the 14 NCI-designated cancer centers funded in Round 2 of the initiative, an update on the Cancer Center Support Grant FOA, and a data blitz session where cancer centers highlighted additional work related to catchment area assessment.

The meeting was recorded. If you would like to access the videos from the webinar, please contact us.
