Obesity and Cancer

This webinar reviewed the current data and understanding of the many factors that increase the risk and adverse outcomes of COVID-19 in individuals with obesity. COVID-19 risk factors and their impact among cancer patients, based on findings from the US COVID-19 and Cancer Consortium, were presented. Future challenges and opportunities to better understand the effect of obesity on COVID-19 risk and clinical outcomes were addressed, and speakers answered audience questions.
