Healthy Eating Index-2010

Measure Definition:

The Healthy Eating Index (HEI)-2010 is a measure of diet quality, independent of quantity that can assess conformance to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and monitor changes in dietary patterns. The HEI-2010 can be calculated using data collected via 24-hour dietary recalls or selected food frequency questionnaires.
