Metabolite Panel (Glucose, NEFA, TGs)

Measure Definition:

Fasting levels of glucose, nonesterified fatty acids (NEFA), and triglycerides (TG) should be measured at baseline, during weight loss, and after weight loss. Glucose, NEFA, and TGs are the primary nutrients in circulation, and all three respond to calorie-restricted weight loss.
